So, I posted it in the Calc Requests thread, and got feedback from Antoniofer (special thanks to that awesome dude for teaching me instead of just doing it). Apparently, it takes 221527923 J to incinerate (turn to ashes) an 88kg human. He also told me to adjust it for the goblin's body mass, then multiply the result by the number of goblins harmed for the sake of this calc.

Each of them, or it should be said that every single one of them, weren’t large. The head of the thing standing was only at my height, but their bodies with slightly slouched backs were rather muscular, especially the arms that looked weird and the hands that had sharp claws on the ends that looked like they could rip anything apart.

Okay, so average goblin = Kirito's height + some more muscle because Kirito's a head-on-a-stick level of "needs a sandwich".
Kirito is 59kg and 1.72cm tall. Let's just use that since I don't know how much more of a big, sweaty dude a typical goblin goon is to Kirito.
According to this thread, that's about... a lot. Idk.
So, I just copy-pasted the calc to fit my own laziness.

3470 J/(kg * °C) * 88.3 kg * 723 °C = 221527923 Joules = Energy to burn one human.

The actual calc:
3470 J/(kg * °C) * 59 kg * 723 °C = 148019790 J to incinerate a single goblin
148019790 * 42 = 6216831180 J
or 1.4859 tons Building level+

Lastly, FYI, Kirito tanked this attack by spinning his sword like the badass he is.
