We know Goku scanned at least four galaxies in Dragon Ball Super episode 17.
But he still couldn't find Beerus' planet. Which implies Beerus' planet is more than four galaxies away
We know that it takes 35 minutes for Whis to travel from Earth to Beerus planet
This is the galaxy where Beerus lives (we saw it twice on episode 1 and 14). It doesn't look like any of the galaxies Goku scanned
For lowball sake, let's assume Beerus galaxy is immediately next to the 4th galaxy Goku scanned
Distance to our nearest galaxy (Andromeda) = 2.5 million light years
2.5 million LY x 5 = 1.182 x 10^20 km
1.182 x 10^20 km / (60*35) seconds = 5.63 x 10^16 km/s
(5.63 x 10^16 km/s) / (300000 km/s) = 187.5 billion x FTL
It can be considered a massive lowball since we're assuming Goku can't scan more than 4 galaxies, and that Beerus galaxy is very close to Milky Way whereas it could be anywhere in the universe.
