In this blog Antonio still missing feats that were hiding in books... But outside of that, the Ice Maiden is capable to create a blizzard (See pic for more details). Don't known the method for snowstorm, so I'm just going to use this method as reference; a quick google search tell me that blizzards temperature is of -12 C (can't writte the small circle), and do not known the height, but I guess the cumulonimbus heigh (200 m minimum) is a good estime (correct me if I'm wrong)

- ΔΤ = 15 - (-12) = 27 C
- M = pi*50^2*200*1.003 = 1575510 kg
- Q = 1000*27*1575510 = 45540000000 J = 10.167 tnt tons (Large Building+)

Now, not sure why I did assume the blizzard has at least 200 m of height considering that the blizzard comes from herself, so instead I'm going with a half sphere (cuz she is normally on ground) with 50 meter radius.
