~ Enid in "Legends of Mr. Gar" |
Summary
Enid Mettle is one of the main characters in the OK K.O.! series. She is an employee at Gar's Bodega and works at the register.
Enid is the most responsible of the main trio. She tries to use logic and critical thinking to make rational decisions. This is primarily shown in the Pilot, in which she stops KO from calling a power battle based on KO's shoddy detective work. She seems to react to irresponsibility the way a normal human being would, as she complained about KO making "another hole in the ceiling." She could be quite patient considering the idea of how many times KO made a hole in the ceiling prior to the Pilot. Unlike Rad, who seems to enjoy making fun of KO, she looks after KO and tries to stop him from getting into trouble.

Attack Potency: Town Level (She is able to combat Rad[34] and Elodie, who is seen as her rival[4]. She is vastly superior in strength to Lord Boxman who survived this and needs technology to fight her), higher with Shadow Jutsu (Her shadow constructs are generally treated as stronger than her usual self[5]) | Small City level (Should be stronger due to being a Level 4 Hero after leveling up[35]. She was able to knock back Chip Damage[20], who was capable of doing this[36]), higher with Shadow Jutsu (Her shadow construct could one-shot the P.O.I.N.T. Prep Heads, which her attacks before were completely ineffective against[23]) | Large Planet level (She is comparable to K.O. who took a hit from Cosma alongside her[11]), higher with Shadow Jutsu, much higher as Turbo Enid (She could put up a fight against T.K.O who had easily stomped her and Rad in their base forms[2])
Speed: FTL (She dodged Darryl's lasers[37]), with higher reaction and combat speed (She was able to evade attacks from T.K.O. for a long while[38], who was able to fight Boxman Jr., a powerful robot that countered the attacks of Mr. Gar[39], despite him being able to perceive and counter attacks in slow motion) | FTL with higher reaction and combat speed (She is able to take Big Bull Demon off-guard who could surprise attack Season 2 K.O.[28] and the Gloop, who was capable doing the same[24]) | FTL travel speed, with Massively FTL+ combat and reaction speed (Enid was able to perceive Planet X being flung back into orbit[11]), Massively FTL+ with her Space Bike (She was able to travel to a nebula in seconds[11]) higher as Turbo Enid
Lifting Strength: Class K (She was able to thrown down Big Darrell[40]), higher with Shadow Jutsu | Class P (Should be comparable to Chip Damage, who threw a man effortlessly into space[36]. Her ice breath could restrain a Gloop who was able to effortlessly pull Chip inside of it[24]), higher with Shadow Jutsu | Class P (She is able to restrain Red Action[33]), higher with Shadow Jutsu, much higher as Turbo Enid
Striking Strength: Town level | Small City level | Large Planet level, higher as Turbo Enid
Durability: Town level (Can take hits from Radicles[11]. Superior to Lord Boxman) | Small City level (She and Elodie were able to take a direct hit from Chip Damage and survive[20]) | Large Planet level (She took a hit from Cosma[11]), higher as Turbo Enid (T.K.O. required an extra-powerful attack to knock her down[2])
Stamina: Superhuman (She engages in high-octane fights mostly every day with Boxmore's robots[41], many of which involve her enduring[42] a good amount of physical punishment, and still be able to get back up at the end of the day[43]. On one occasion, she was able to endure battling this many robots in one day, only seeming mildly inconvenienced by the notion[22]. She can keep up stamina-wise with Red Action and the Hue Troop, who once engaged in a nonstop war for months[9], and is able to keep up in combat with Rad, who evenly matched Red's stamina in a very long fight[33]. She was able to endure a chase from T.K.O., a much stronger and faster opponent, that tested her physical agility and ninjitsu, and still managed to escape[38]. Even after a brutal beatdown from Boxman Jr. that left her exhausted, she was still able to get back up on her feet minutes later and chase after T.K.O., even keeping up with their fight throughout Boxmore and performing physical feats soon after[39]. Once she beat more than "a thousand" robots in a day while also suffering the effects of an intense heatwave.[1] She can immediately reform herself from being flattened and become extra-durable thanks to toon force[20], allowing for her body to endure more than humanly possible[2], even managing to come back after being melted down as if nothing happened[18])
Range: Standard Melee Range. Tens of Meters with Shadow Jutsu and Teleportation, Kilometers with Fire Manipulation
Standard Equipment: Kunai
Optional Equipment: Water Ring | DJ Set, Vacuum | Glorb Collar, Red Action's Belt, Space Bike
Intelligence: Gifted (Enid is an incredibly gifted fighter, learning ninja moves by herself even from a very early age[4], and her skill is described as unparalleled[3]. When she was young, Enid passed every test of the P.O.I.N.T. Prep Academy tryouts with flying colors and would have beaten Elodie had she not relented. Later, she was able to best an older Elodie in combat[4] whom was skilled enough for Foxtail, a professional hero and leader of P.O.I.N.T., to give her her own position[6]. She is skilled enough to beat Rad in combat and make expert use of her techniques on the fly. She is also capable of throwing a flower precisely where she wanted to, showcasing her accuracy[34]. In another display of accuracy, she is able to perfectly ricochet one of her shots across walls until it ends up where she wants it to be[44] and can kick back in-progress missiles to return them to sender[22]. She is also capable of dodging attacks to the point where it appears as if she's teleporting while holding her breath from a foe that was overpowering one of P.O.I.N.T.'s best heroes and had been said to have laid waste to countless civilizations and empires[24]. Just a second after being released from petrification, she was instantly able to discern the situation, jump into action, and halt a wizard's spell[17]. She accurately aimed a rope kunai at a possessed Rad and K.O. through the veil of a pitch-black tornado[5]. She has also honed her stealth skills, able to use camouflage techniques[7] and is able to disappear from a direct line of sight[8]. She is an expert at controlling her Body Replacement Technique[10] casually[15] and during combat[14] to the point where she does not even need to move her body in order to activate it, implying that it is thought-based. It is notable that she managed to achieve this level of mastery when she was only a child[4]. Even after suffering a brief panic attack, she still held enough concentration to effortlessly create a shadow monster and pass the P.O.I.N.T. Prep Trial in a fashion that deserved top scores from every professor[23]. She's able to make easy work of Darrell[45] and alongside Red Action, she could hold her own against the Hue Troop[25], an elite squadron from the future[25] tasked with fighting a nonstop war against entire armies of robots which were capable of turning the entire world into a wasteland for as long as months and were repeatedly stated to be a threat to the entire universe. After witnessing one of these robots' attacks, she was able to instantly figure out how its forcefield worked before the Hue Troop could and ended up becoming crucial to it's defeat as well as their victory in the war as a whole.[9]. Succeeding the events of Season 1, she is on a comparable skill level to a newly evolved K.O., who was able to beat Boxman Jr., an incredibly strong robot capable of stomping Mr. Gar and Carol in both power and skill[39]. In the Plaza Tournament, she and Rad stomped every combatant in the plaza save for T.K.O., even the likes of Punching Judy, who could dodge attacks with her eyes closed[2])
Weaknesses: Cannot control her soul absorption when she is stressed out, such as when there are too many people around her. | Same as before | If her Turbo Collar is destroyed or she runs out of Glorb energy, she will transform back into Enid.
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Power Foot Fireball: Enid's special move is a flaming power kick that has the ability to increase the power of her kicks, increase her movement speed and to ricochet and shoot fireballs. She has been seen using this kick in the show pilot to knock KO and Rad apart while they were fighting, and also to give KO a boost so he could reach up to Darrell. She has also been able to do this with her Fists, as well as show the ability to increase her speed in the air by using it to propel herself.
- Soul Absorption: Enid has also been shown using the power of soul sucking when she became incredibly stressed. While in this state, she levitates above the ground and forms a blue whirlwind, which captures people's bodies, while Enid herself swallows the souls.
- Body Replacement Technique: Enid also has the ability to disappear at will, leaving behind a puff of smoke and a log when she does, as seen in the episode "Let's Be Friends." Enid has shown to take this ability to an ultimate level where she can make a smoke screen and form multiple Enids from the smoke. She is able to swap places with any of the clones as well. It is also shown that she is able to physically turn into the log stump, allowing her to compact her size, and turn back at will.
- Shadowjutsu Techniques: Enid has shown to be able to increase the size and manipulate her own shadow into different forms. She has been able to so far turn it into a large shadow beast with shapeshifting qualities (such as spiking his arm) and a tornado. She does this via finger techniques. Other techniques she can use is being able to visually link her senses to her shadow, and send it out as a spy, as well as hide herself and others within her shadow.
- Sonic Shouts: Enid has been shown to knock back and damage people when she angrily shouts. She can do this to one target, or hit those all around her
- Autumn Breeze: Enid is shown to have the ability "Autumn Breeze" after falling from the lift, where she summons a pile of leaves to cushion the fall.
- Tornado Finger: In "Parents Day", Enid has been shown to be able to make a tornado by using a finger technique. To create it, she realizes a quick move with her fingers.
- Ice Breath: Enid has shown the ability to turn the ice in her heart into an ice breath attack. This ice was able to make the Gloop, that could survive attacks from high level heroes, brittle enough to shatter in a kick.
