The Zergling. These creatures are possibly the most well known and infamous creatures to come out of the StarCraft universe. Despite being relatively small (for Zerg unit standards), zerglings are still vicious creatures capable of shredding metal and overtaking larger foes with ease. Zerglings are covered with fangs and claws, ready to attack and kill at a moment's notice. While still being dangerous on their own, where there is one zergling, there are many more to follow. Making up the bulk of the Zerg swarm, these terrifying creatures will blot out the battlefield while making way for larger, even more horrific creatures to come after or alongside them. Never alone and always ready to strike, the best thing for one to do when a zergling is spotted is to run.
