Summary
Yoshimura was the manager of the Anteiku café. He is also an SSS-rated ghoul and the father of Eto Yoshimura, the One-Eyed Owl, who he had conceived with his human lover Ukina.
He was originally an assassin for the organisation V under the name Kuzen, but defected after his child's birth, though he was forced to abandon her to protect her. Later, he would pretend to be the One-Eyed Owl to cover for his daughter. Eventually, the CCG realized there were two Owls, and he was renamed the Non-Killing Owl.
He tries to help ghouls who cannot hunt or kill human beings for themselves due to his love of both species. He, at one point, takes in Ken Kaneki, a human/ghoul hybrid, and shows him the way of living as a ghoul.
Following the Owl Suppression Operation, he is captured by Aogiri and his kakuhou is being used to create the Owl-series of artificial one-eyed ghouls. After Aogiri's destruction and Akihiro Kanou's death, Yoshimura's final fate is unknown.
