Yomikawa Aiho is a P.E. teacher at Kamijou Touma's high school and a member of Anti-Skill, Academy City's police and security forces. Aiho puts the safety of children above anything else, even if they are criminals, and absolutely refuses to use weapons on children. She's the current legal guardian of Accelerator, Last Order and Misaka Worst.

Intelligence: Yomikawa is a veteran member of Anti-Skill who is trained to subdue a variety of suspects and violent criminals with non-lethal methods, being able to incapacitate most Espers with ease in both ranged and hand-to-hand combat. In addition, she has extensive experience with firearms and the use of ballistic shielding. She is also an able leader who often spearheads rescue operations herself. She is also resourceful, accurately throwing her riot shield to incapacitate a terrorist after losing her gun to the Scavenger's attacks.
