Withered Sprout (やせ細りモヤツ, ) was a previously assumed Wolf-level threat that was later assumed to be a Dragon-level threat before finally being agreed upon to be a Tiger-level threat by the Hero Association, using his meek appearance he deceives people into letting their guard down before instantly freezing with the use of his powers. He acts as the main antagonist of the special chapter 'Disaster level'.
