Attack Potency: At least Street level, possibly Multiverse level+ in human form with ectoplasmic energy (Capable of harming Danny Fenton with his energy attacks[8], who is comparable to Tucker Foley, who was completely unharmed by an accidental blast from Danny Phantom early in the series[4], even by the end of the season he could survive two blasts from a mind controlled Danny Phantom with no visible harm although it is unknown if Danny was using his full power or not[20]), Multiverse level+ in ghost form (He could casually defeat Danny Phantom[2]. Danny had to weaken Vlad considerably using the Specter Deflector to consider a fight between the two "fair", and even then, Vlad could still harm him[8]. Even after Danny became powerful enough to trade blows with the Fright Knight, who originally could tank attacks from him without even flinching[21], Vlad still could easily defeat him without taking the fight seriously[10]. Should not be much weaker than he is later in the series) | At least Street level, possibly Multiverse level+ in human form with ectoplasmic energy (At least as strong as before), Multiverse level+ in ghost form (Despite Danny's growth in power, a serious Vlad maintained a visually noticeable advantage in their battle[12]. Danny Phantom around this time is superior to the Reality Gauntlet and 10 times weaker than Pariah Dark, who is superior to all other ghosts, which would include the oldest ghosts who when alive, split the orginal world in two, creating the Ghost Zone and Human World in the process[1], both of which are infinite in size and the Ghost Zone containing an infinite number of realms which included timestreams, as well as being superior to ghosts such as Clockwork, who compressed multiple timestreams to stabilize reality and compressed the remaining corrupted timestreams into two stable timelines of the Human World[1]) | At least Street level, possibly Multiverse level+ in human form with ectoplasmic energy (At least as strong as before), Multiverse level+ in ghost form (A weaker duplicate of himself could easily harmed Danny Phantom with a simple finger beam[13]. Even after Danny became powerful enough to match him in combat, Vlad could visually harmed Vortex[15], who was unharmed by Danny's attack[15]. Near the end of the series, another weaker duplicate could knock Danny unconscious with a single attack[22]) | At least Street level, possibly Multiverse level+ in human form with ectoplasmic energy (At least as strong as before), Multiverse level+ in ghost form (Could harm Phantom, who had merged with Clockwork and matched him briefly, then overpower him completely after gaining his emotional drive[1])
Speed: At least Superhuman in human form (Outran various ghost animals, who should be at least as fast as their living counterparts[8]), Massively FTL+ in ghost form (Easily capable of reacting to attacks from a serious Danny Phantom[2], who even when getting fast enough to contend with the Fright Knight[21] was still far slower the Vlad[Note 1]) | At least Superhuman in human form (At least as fast as before), Massively FTL+ in ghost form (Superior to Danny Phantom, who is 10 times slower than when he wore the Ecto-Skeleton which at 10% was shown comparable in power to base Pariah Dark, who preformed this feat[23]) | At least Superhuman in human form (At least as fast as before), Massively FTL+ (Faster than before, superior to Danny Phantom, who moved faster than and dodged a ghost ray[24], which are considered lightspeed. Easily fast enough to preform this feat[17]) | At least Superhuman in human form (At least as fast as before), Massively FTL+ in ghost form (Faster than before and after gaining his new emotional drive, he became comparable to Phantom who had merged with Clockwork</ref>[Note 2])
Lifting Strength: At least Average Human in human form, at least Class 5 in ghost form (Physically superior to Danny Phantom, who threw a dragon a large distance[7], and later became powerful enough to match the Fright Knight) | Class 5 (In human form, he should be at least comparable to Mr. Lancer, who is described as an old and out of shape individual yet could still move and lifted large stone blocks later in the series[25][Note 3]. In ghost form, he is superior to Pariah's Soldiers, who can lift and throw trucks[23]) | Class 5 in human form (At least as strong as before), at least Class 10 in ghost form (A weaker duplicate of himself could physically overpower Danny Phantom[13], who easily lifted an occupied school bus[26][Note 4]) | Class 5 in human form (At least as strong as before), at least Class K in ghost form (Comparable to Dark Danny[Note 5])
Striking Strength: Unknown in human form, Multiverse level+ in ghost form (Can physically harm Danny Phantom even while holding back most of his strength[10]) | Unknown in human form (Same as before), Multiverse level+ in ghost form (Comparable to his attack power) | Unknown in human form (Same as before), Multiverse level+ in ghost form (Became powerful enough to where a weaker duplicate of himself could one shot Danny Phantom, who match him previously) | Unknown in human form (Same as before), Multiverse level+ in ghost form (More powerful than before)
Durability: Unknown in human form, Multiverse level+ in ghost form (Superior to the Fright Knight, who at the beginning of his battle with Danny Phantom, could tank his hits without even flinching, and could trade continue to take hits from Danny even after he had grown stronger[21]) | Multiverse level+ (In his human form, he took a punch from Danny Phantom with no injury and smiled[23], and later on took a blast from Ecto-Skeleton Jazz and one from Danny Phantom without any serious injury[27]. In his ghost form, he could take a combined Ghost Ray from both Danny Phantom and Dani Phantom and get up a few moments later without any visible damage[12]. While enraged, he took a Ghostly Wail from Danny Phantom and got back up[12]) | Multiverse level+ (A much weaker duplicate of himself could take multiple attacks from Danny Phantom without sustaining any visible injury.[13] Could survive an attack from Vortex albeit with visible injury[15]. Became stronger as the season went on) | Multiverse level+ (Took a punch from the Fright Knight while weaker and in human form, and later took multiple attacks from Dark Danny[1])
Stamina: Superhuman (Even while repeatedly being electrocuted and weakened by the Specter Deflecter, he could still fight Danny for some time.[8] Superior to Danny Phantom, who is capable of using his powers multiple times in combat without getting tired quickly, has spent nights rounding up ghosts[28]) | Superhuman (Same as before, and superior to Danny Phantom, who spread his invisibility over an entire jet and held it throughout the night and into the day[29]) | Superhuman (Same as before) | Superhuman (Same as before)
Range: Standard Melee Range, Hundreds of Meters with ectoplasmic energy (Superior to Danny Phantom, who sent his energy across Casper High in order to make contact his friends,[3] and who's ghost ray is shown capable of traveling long distances[4]) | Standard Melee Range, Hundreds of Meters with ectoplasmic energy (Same as before) | Standard Melee Range, at least Tens of Kilometers with ectoplasmic energy (Planned on spreading his energy across a meteor big enough to destroy the entire planet and to turn it intangible[17]) | Standard Melee Range, at least Tens of Kilometers with ectoplasmic energy (Same as before)
Standard Equipment: Plasmius Maximus
Intelligence: Extraordinary Genius (Despite his overconfidence, Vlad has proven himself to be one of the smartest characters in the series, even when compared to other geniuses such as Maddie and Jack Fenton. During his time in college, Vlad help develop the first man made portal to the Ghost Zone (A different universe),[30] and later constructed his own, by himself. He is well versed in the studies of ghosts and the Ghost Zone, along with various ghost objects such as the Crown of Fire and Ring of Rage,[23] and the Infi-Map.[14] He has stated himself to spent years developing and practicing his ghost abilities[2] and can use the effective in and out of combat with perfect control. He has also developed technology that rivals that of Fenton Works, such as Valerie Gray's high tech battle suit and all of her weapons and equipment,[31] and later development suits and weapons for his own team known as the Masters Blasters, who could out preform Valerie.[17] Vlad's knowledge even extends to creating his own ghosts from living animals,[8] and could create clones of Danny Phantom using his technology[12] such as Dani Phantom. Throughout the series, he's shown to be highly manipulative and cunning. In the past, he used his powers to amass a fortune in millions by overshadowing millionaires and selling all their businesses to him,[12] and he has used Valerie to spy on Danny to gain data on him,[12] as well as using miniature spy cams to watch and track others,[14] and terms of combat, Vlad proved himself by defeating a temple full of the monk's greatest warriors in armed combat to prove his superiority,[14] and matched Danny Phantom in armed combat,[14] who has faced a variety of ghosts with unique abilities and far more experience)
Weaknesses: Standard ghost weaknesses. He's shown to be overconfident several times throughout the series. Creating duplicates are shown to divide a ghosts power evenly amongst them.[23]
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Transformation: As a half-ghost, Vlad is capable of transforming into his ghost form and back at will.[2]
- Ectoplasm Manipulation: Vald can manipulate his own unique ectoplasmic energy. He is capable of projecting it into harmful beams of energy, creating constructs and using them as shields,[2] or amplifying his strikes[10].
- Overshadow: Vlad can phase into other entities and inanimate objects to take control of them.
- Duplication: Vlad can duplicate himself and create up to three solid clones.[2] He later showed the power to create over dozens of shadow duplicates, each with the ability to Overshadow others.
- Teleportation: Vlad has the ability to teleport from one place to another. The exact range of this ability is unknown.
Notes:
- Note #1: While half ghosts can have both halves separated and survive, it is not fully known what would happen to their ghost half if the human half is killed while they are together. Although given they can merge back with the other half freely and other ghosts can leave the bodies of those they overshadow it is possible they would be capable of leaving the body as well.
- Note #2: The reason Vlad in his human form is currently scaling to ghosts (mainly durability) is due to the fact that humans in Danny Phantom possess the same emotional energy as the humans of the past, and said energy is shown capable of empowering individuals. Vlad along with several other humans have also been consistently shown capable of contending with ghosts without special equipment
