Calc requested by Just a Random Butler. Let's try it.
Feat[]
Giant Monokuma punched a building and made an explosion.
Calculation[]
According to this. Building's floor-to-floor height is around 3.5m.
Building's Storey height: 4px = 3.5m Explosion's diameter: 173px = 151.38m Explosion's radius: 75.69m = 0.07569km Use formula R = Y^(1/3)*0.28 or Y = (R/0.28)^3 Y = ((0.07569/0.28)^3) = 0.01975 Kilotons = 19.75 Tons I need to half the result since only 50% is from the blast. So, final result = 19.75/2 = 9.88 Tons of TNT (Large Building level+) |
Since Bambu said that the green line in pic look like to be a window. So I use standard size of window to scale. Which I use 72 inches or about 1.83m accorsing from this
Window's height: 4px = 1.83m
Explosion's diameter: 173px = 79.14m
Explosion's radius: 39.57m = 0.03957km
Use formula R = Y^(1/3)*0.28 or Y = (R/0.28)^3
Y = ((0.03957/0.28)^3) = 0.00282 Kilotons = 2.82 Tons
I need to half the result since only 50% is from the blast.
So, final result = 2.82/2 = 1.41 Tons of TNT (Building level+)
Update: Game ver.
Butler also give me a game verion of scene too. So I try with it too.
Window's height: 8px = 1.83m
Explosion's diameter: 294px = 67.25m
Explosion's radius: 33.63m = 0.03363km
Y = ((0.03363/0.28)^3) = 0.00173 Kilotons = 1.73 Tons
I need to half the result since only 50% is from the blast.
So, final result = 1.73/2 = 0.87 Tons of TNT (Building level)
Smaller, I see...
