In Mahou Sensei Negima!, Chigusa Amagasaki creates five rows of fire. I'll be calculating her attack potency.
Calculation[]
First, I'm going to measure one of the rows of fire.
Setsuna = 151 cm
Fire length = 2.90 m
Fire radius = 1.45 m
Fire height = 11.16 m
Now we put these values on this Cylinder Volume Calculator to get the volume.
Volume = 73.714 x 5 = 368.57 (I multiplied the result by five because she made five rows of fire)
Density of fire is 0.3 kg/m^3.
Mass = 368.57 x 0.3 = 110.571 kg
I'm going to use the same value for the change in temperature that Kepekley uses in his fire calcs, and the 929 j/kg for the heat capacity. The average global temperature is 16 degrees Celsius, so 1200 - 16 = 1184.
Energy = 110.571*1184*929 = 121621023.456 Joules
