Atleza. One of the most important marvel characters. She's also unfortunately one of the most mysterious & not talked about characters in the Marvel community. This needs to change.
Hello everyone. This is Seed/Minus here. I had ua little discussion with Antvasima here concerning a character named Alteza Lagunn. I had very good feats there, but it was denied . Why was it ? Due to lack of scans and information. However, I clearly forgot to mention a few scans, some that have even been seen before. This is my reason for continuing where I left off. Because I finally found most of the scans that needed to be used in order for this to be legitimate. They do reference Oblivion ( as pointed out by Matthew before ) , but obviously not directly, but his cosmic role and what he does with realities is a clear indicator of whether or not this is him. Even without it, my point should be pretty clear regardless. With this newfound scans, I can maybe determine a tier for Alteza. Or maybe... Even some other implications that extend to characters yet to have a page here, or those who don't
Evidence #1: The Cosmic Abyss[]
What exactly is the Cosmic Abyss you may be asking ? The Cosmic Abyss is a realm completely outside Eternity, and outside his influence & Infinity's completely . It is a boundless void of sorts. It is much difference than the majority of things here. However, do pay attention to what they describe it as afterwards. Keep in mind that as the Multiverse Anchor, one of Alteza's jobs is to somewhat control the Cosmic Vortex, and make sure it doesn't fall into the Edge of Oblivion. This is one to the closest representations of the True Oblivion without him showing up. So basically, they are saying that Anchors ( such as Altez & Alteza ) make sure Multi-Oblivion doesn't destroy the worlds within the Cosmic Vortex. Despite this seemingly contradiction, there is no contradictions being made here. It is pretty clear in that scan. The most important things about this scan may not seem that way, but it is. One: Determining that the Cosmic Vortex and the Edge of Oblivion, in terms of tier , is beyond any scope of High 1-B in Marvel so far, simply due to their size and due to these balls representing realities/multiverses. Before you guys say that whatever this is isn't a danger to all of reality / beyond 616... Here is a scan that says otherwise. Whatever is going on, caused even Eternity and Infinity in their Multiversal forms to be directly affected,as shown here . This confirms that what is happening to the Multiverse within the Cosmic Vortex... Is directly affecting the two main Multi-Abstracts of Marvel. It is also worth noting that they indirectly mentioned Oblivion 5 times before seeing these two fused. It also mentioned that these two now depend on Altez to get them out of this situation... If it isn't obvious Altez and Alteza are connected to this. And before many bash and say this is just 616 being affected due to the world slowly down spiraling into Oblivion ... Need I remind you... They said ALL OF REALITY .
Exactly how powerful is Alteza ? What powers has she shown ? []
There are hints she may very well be the most powerful reality warper in the entirety of the series. However, she is essentially a glass-canon.
Based on her showings and implied strength, she may very well be the most powerful warper, rivaling Multi-Oblivion even when not at he full potential . Alteza radiates iredible cosmic power, according to Mr.Marvel. According to here , she is directly responsible for keeping the Oblivion from reaching them. Again, another incident that word is used in Infinity Abyss, the first being " Edge of Oblivion " . However, this is subconsciously, meaning even before she was an official Anchor: Her powers were able to stop Multi-Oblivion from absorbing the realm. This is consistent with the fact that Altez himself worries about as such. Thanos's goons weren't the original cause, neither is Thanos himself or even any of the other Multi-Abstracts. The only one who even has any sort of reasoning to ending that reality is Oblivion, due to his very nature & the fact that he destroys realities that don't have Anchors / have weakened ones. She also has very powerful awareness even as a child, before even becoming an Anchor herself. Her power rivals Altez, even before who Magus said anchors all of reality ( not just 616 ) from falling into Oblivion . He then confirms it literally on the next panel , hinting more to a multiverse rather than just a universe via "all of reality" as opposed to " one reality " As an anchor, she can sense the change in power after the Heart of the Universe was used by Akenhaten . It's the scan beside this paragraph by the way . This is all [ sans sensing Akenhaten ] much before she even became one, however it is unknown if her powers increase afterwards.
In terms of tier, even without counting she controls two worlds outside of Space & Time naturally without any conscious effort ( Infinity Abyss / Edge of Oblivion / Multi- OBlivion ) & The Cosmic Vortex ( The realm outside the Marvel Multiverse that has no concepts of time & space ) , or the fact she wasn't even an anchor at the time, she would be 1-A via scaling to Multi-Oblivion. This is possibly one of the most important aspects to her character. However, there is something we need to discuss before i get into what her powers and abilities would be.
Her main weakness(es) []
Before she became an anchor, all of her attempts at using her powers were subconscious. As such, she did not help at all against the most powerful controlled Thanos' clone, which was consistently said to rival Galactus . They also all noted that each of them could have defeated Alteza. Why would that be the case if she is this dang powerful ? The only consistent conclusion, is that she's a glass-canon. This also happened in Marvels: The End, where she was killed by Thanos w/HOTU . It is safe to say that without her powers, she is an ordinary child with ordinary defense. An 1-A glass canon.. that is weird to think about, but it's true if you think about the appliccations. With her power, her defenses would be comparable to Altez , at the absolute least. And, considering he survived inside of Oblivion for quite a bit of time , that's an incredible feat on her belt.
