I've already calculated Magnus Chase bringing the summer to be Town level. However, one of the side-effects is plants growing over the island.

Her face looked like she’d rear-ended a tractor-trailer. “Magnus, what are you doing?” “Bringing the summer.” The cuts on my chest mended. My strength returned. My father was the god of light and warmth. Wolves were creatures of darkness. The power of Frey could constrain Fenris just as it constrained the extremes of fire and ice. Sticking up from the ground, Jack hummed with satisfaction. “Summer. Yeah, I remember summer.”"

2150/60 = 35.8 m/s, Subsonic attack speed
Assuming 1 plant takes 1 m^2 and weighs 1 kg, the mass would be 13 500 000.
13500000*35.8^2*0.5 = 8 651 070 000, or 2.07 tons of TNT, Large Building level
Reasonable, since that's the side-effect of the feat. However, that's a new attack speed rating for Magnus.
