That makes Hecadoth, Graphel and any Pillar City level in durability. Now while Hecadoth and Graphel were knocked out it should also be noted that they were both already heavily injured. Any one capable of defeating a Pillar City level, and all Pillar's should then be City level in AP due to numerous Pillars like Agiel being able to fight people (Kunieda) that can harm them.
That make Super Milk Time Oga: City level in AP.
Oga defeated 6 Pillars using 30cc with Super Milk Time.
Now Ballisk was capable of decently harming Oga. Oga fought Ballisk using 80cc.
Super Milk Time causes Oga ito remove the limiter between Beel and himself, causing them to become synchronized, which mean's that any increase in power will be dependent upon the percentages.
30 / 80 = 0.375 x 100 = 37.5%
This means at 30cc Oga use 37.5% of the power he does when at 80cc
