So, I will calculate Lolikiano Mistream pulverizing/vaporizing a giant golem. There is no debris left, and there is plenty of what seems to be vapor, so it should be alright to assume at least the former, and have the latter as a high end.
There are several things I can't calculate, like the dozens of trees around them that got pulverized, or the several houses that got the same treatment.
There is also unfortunatly no proper way to calculate the golems size, so this shadow silhuettes pixel calcing is the best we got.
Human's height: 8px (177.6 cm)
Golems head: 105px (23.31 m)
The head of a human tends to be around an eight of the whole body (Height wise)
Whole body: 186.48 m
So, the golem is ~110 times taller than an average human.
110^3 = 1,331,000 times larger
An average human should be around 70 liters, so 70,000 cm^3
1,331,000 x 70,000 cm^3 = 93,170,000,000 cm^3
So, for the destruction of it:
Pulverization = 1.99709895e13 joules (93,170,000,000 X 214.35 (j/cc))
Vaporizing = 2.394469e15 joules (93,170,000,000 X 25700 (j/cc))
Both make sense in-verse, with the first being more reasonable.
Another thing I wish to calculate is proper lifting strenght that the golem, and characters above it should have.
So, I will use the weight for it's arm and a canon flight speed it must have been comparable to for the movement of said arm. (This is mostly taken from the Lich's calc)
Weight, assuming it's made out of rocks, comes out at 125,267,687 kg (46395.4398 (m^3) X 2700 (Kg/m^3)).
An arm should be 5.7% that, so 7,140,258.159 kg.
A swing of the arm would need to go at 100 km/h by being comparable to Lolikiano's flight speed, who is superior to Han.
28 m/s X 7,140,258.159 kg = 199,927,228 Newtons
I'm going to assume a timefram of 10, 5 and 1 second for low to high ends.
