Bijuu, Ten Tails and Naruto
Currently all tailed beasts are listed as High 6-C for being comparable to other Bijuu. The problem is that the actual calc would put them at 7-A and even Kurama would only be Low 6-C via Bijuubomb. This would also be supported by a calc for a casual Bijuubomb from Killer B at tailed beast form, which was calced at 7-C. I guess we should downgrade them.
Bijuu's from 1 to 7 (or 8): 7-C (casual Bijuu bomb, for being comparable to B's casual Bijuudama and also able to casual physically destroy village's), 7-A (charged bomb, insert calc)
Hachibi/Killer B transformed: 7-C (casual Bijuu bomb, insert calc), 7-A or Low 6-C (not sure if he is comparable to Kurama)
Kurama: Low 6-C (insert calc)
Tailed Beast/Tailed Beast Sage Naruto: ...
Ten-tails: ...
There is also the feat, in which Naruto, Itachi and Killer B destroyed Nagato's High 6-C Chibaku Tensei which should be calced. The result would be important for Naruto and Killer B, but I personally think we can ignore this feat, since this Chibaku Tensei never reached the sized of the one Naruto was caught in. Madara and Hashirama
Prime Madara is currently listed as High 6-A with perfect Susanoo, which was actually calced at Mountain level. Seems also more accurate, since it was compared to the power of a Bijuu which are calced at 7-A. Madara and Hashirama should be downgraded:
Prime Madara should be: 7-A with Perfect Susanoo (insert calc) and at least Low 6-C with with Kyuubi, High 6-C with Kyuubi-Susanoo (insert calc)
Hashirama should be: At least 7-A (Defeated Madara with Perfect Susanoo), possibly Low 6-C (Able to restrain Kurama) | At least High 6-C (Destroyed Madara's Perfect Susano'o and damaged Kurama)
Kinshiki
Kinshiki is 6-B for being able to fight Rinnegan Sasuke, who is 6-B for no reasons. Is he listed at this level for being comparable to Adult Base Naruto ? - We can downgrade Kinshiki and Sasuke or upgrade Naruto.
The 7-C problem and other stuff
As seen above, a lot of characters are 7-C for being able to harm, break or destroy an Incomplete or Complete Susano'o, with there attacks. Seems fine, but is there an actual calc ? It seems this tier was just given without justification. And why is the Complete/Incomplete Susanoo 7-C, but the Susanoo slashes are just 8-A ?
If I understand it correctly the incomplete Susanoo is scaled to A, who can match B's Lariat, who is able to harm Kisame, who was able to withstand Guys 7-C morning peackock. I think we need better scaling.
Further scaling problems that come with this:
- Tobirama is: At least 7-B, possibly higher because his Suiton is more powerful than Mei's, she is 7-C. Possible downgrade ? In this case we would also have to downgrade Kinkaku and his brother.
- Yamato is: 7-C via Wood Release for restraining a 4 tailed Naruto, who was calced at Large Town level. Possible upgrade ?
- EMS Sasuke's Amaterasu is 7-C for unknown reasons. Perhabs we can add that it is comparable to Narutos Rasen Shuriken ? In this case it would be downgraded to Low 7-C.
- Killer B in his V2 form is scaled from Kisame (for blowing of Kisame's chest), who is scaled from Guy and his Daytime Tiger for creating a huge Shockwave that shook the Turtle Island. The question is, if we stay at 7-C or go to Low 7-C, since there are 2 calcs.
- Narutos tailed beast forms are High 7-C (see the calc above). The problem is: Orochimaru is 8-A for harming 4 tailed Naruto. He should possibly be upgraded to High 7-C. By the way, how do we handle the fact that 8 tailed Naruto was able to break out of Chibaku Tensei ? Should his tailed beast forms, be High 7-C to High 6-C ?
- Jirayia is 7-C for his giant Rasengan. Given this and the fact that Orochimaru can fight Naruto's 4 tailed form, we should probably upgrade Orochimaru in both forms (or just make one form out of his existing forms: Gen'yūmaru's body, Body made from Snake Cloak Kabuto's flesh) to 7-C, possibly High 7-C
- Pain is 7-B for destroying Konoha via Shinra Tensei (The calc above should be linked in his profile). Since the calc was accepted, we should probably upgrade Naruto in his tailed beast forms to High 7-C to 7-B (The calc for 4 tailed Naruto put him already at High 7-C and six tailed Naruto was able to fight Pain)
- Same for Deidara. His C3 is listed as 7-C (Seems fine, since Suna seems only that big and should be comparable to Konoha), but his suicide clone is Low 7-B for no reasons. Perhabs we should remove the low 7-B and get actual calcs for the rest. C0 was also calced at Low 6-B, so we should probably upgrade Deidara.
- Kakuzu, Madara and Obito are all listed as 7-C for there elemental attacks/katons. An actual justfication would be needed.
- Itachi is currently listed as Unknown for a lot of his stuff. We should eventually upgrade him to 7-C or High 7-C for his Susanoo, which should be comparable to Sasuke's or Madara's (If we find an actual calc or feat that would put them at this level) or scale him to Orochimaru for overpowering his eight-headed snake form. There is also the possibility to put Itachi at High 6-C for contributing to the destruction of Nagatos Chibaku Tensei, which was accepted for Killer B and Naruto but not Itachi (I personally think its to high, but lets see). We could also scale Itachi's Susanoo from Sasuke's Kirin which was calced at High 7-C.
- Of course this brings new problems, because it would mean that Sasuke's and Madara's Incomplete/Complete Susanoo would be High 7-C too (since they should be comparable), which would result it the upgrade of several characters who can harm/destroy a Susanoo.
The 7-C problem: possible solution
First all 7-C characters that have some unreasonable scaling at the moment

Now about the Susanoo:
Perfect Susanoo - 7-A (see calc)
Complete Susanoo - High 7-C (Able to withstand Sasuke's Kirin, Itachi's Susanoo defeated Orochimaru who was able to fight 4 tailed Naruto), would also scale to Madara's and Sasuke's Susanoo. It should futhermore be noticed that Danzo was able to slice open Sasuke's Complete Susanoo (With the help of his Baku). I dont remember any other character that was able to damage a complete Susanoo (Gaara was able to briefly fight against Madara's Susanoo, but he didnt really do much damage)
Incomplete Susanoo - Low 7-C, 8-A or 8-B (This is the important point since a lot of characters scale to this), would scale to Tsunade (Broke Madara's Incomplete Susanoo. She should be at least superior to Juugo, who has an 8-B feat), A (Comparable to Tsunade. Eventually superior to B, who has an 8-A feat - not sure if this is cloak B or base B. He can also match B's Lariat that can harm Kisame, who was able to withstand Guy's Morning peakcock - problem is that there are two calcs with two different results and the fact that A was able to withstand Juugo's Low 7-C blast)

Naruto, Tailed Beast Transformation: Large Town level (The four tailed version of Naruto caused this damage) to City level (His six-tailed form caused Tendo Pain to flee and withstood Shinra Tensei), possible higher (Naruto's eight-tailed form was able to break through Pain's Chibaku Tensei)
Yamato: City Block level+ via earth and water manipulation (Could create a large cliff and waterfall and increase its size for Naruto's training), Large Town level via Wood Release (Could restrain KN4 Naruto with his techniques, as well as a gigantic squid which dwarfed a large boat)
Orochimaru: Unknown physically and with using summons, At least Town level (Never shown fighting at full power, but was stated to be the strongest of the Sannin and should be stronger than Tsunade and Jiraiya.
