I doubt that the lasers would take more than 10 seconds to reach earth as the military used it in the assault on the Mount Turtle and it immediately hits after the land onslaught. So taking those 10 seconds into account we have a speed of:11818991.1961 m/s = Mach 34457.7 Afterwards Gaoh is seen dodging multiple of these lasers I don't know if this would be considered an outlier or an upgrade but remember that There are no other speed calcs that contradicts this until the gourmet world arc where they're FTL.
