Here's the feat. I'll be assuming Spider-Man moved at least his arm's length, which seems pretty alright considering how much motion and flipping is going on. Unfortunately, angsizing leads to really wonky results of like, a fifth of a meter distance between Spider-Man and Electro. I'll have to assume various distances and get the results from there.
