Verse: God of War

The Feat(s)[]

1. The Furies create a dimension with an entire sea inside it

The Calcs[]

Feat 1 - Sea Creation[]

Let's calculate the horizontal distance of the sea first.

Kratos has two confirmed heights, namely 2.13m and 2.59m, but i'll use 2.13m since this happened decades before God of War 3.

The radius of the sea would be 5.2 kilometers. I will assume it is a cylinder.

Lake Baikal has a mean depth of 744m. I feel like using this is a better estimate than using the average ocean depth.

V = (Pi)*(Radius^2)*(Height), or (3.14)*(5200m^2)*(744m)

V = 63201807022.682602m³ or 63201807022682592 cubic centimeters

Vaporization of water is 2575j/cm³

632...592cc * 2575j/cm³ = 1.6274465e+20 joules, or 38.8960 gigatons of TNT. 

Island level.

In order to create this sea, you'd need to be at least close to this value.

Feat 2 - Storm[]

For this feat, we will use the same horizontal distance value as before.

5.2 kilometers.

There are two possible methods here:

Method 1 - Instability[]

A mature Cumolonimbus has a height of 13.000m.

Let's calculate the volume of the clouds:

V = (Pi)*(Radius^2)*(Height) or (3.14)*(5200m^2)*(13000)

V = 776770595988.453857m³.

The density of the clouds is 1,003 kg/m³. If we plug that into the formula, we get 1.10764565 × 10^15 kilograms.

Since there are multiple tornados in the background, it's pretty obvious that this has an extremely high instability, so i'll use the high-end, which is 8000j/kg

1.10764565 × 1015 kilograms * 8000 = 8.8611652e+18 joules, or 2.117869312 gigatons of TNT.

Small Island level.

Method 2 - Kinetic Energy[]

Skipping all the calcs since the first few steps extremely similar to the method above, the mass of the clouds is 1.10764565 × 10^15 kilograms. 

Now, we have to find a timeframe and velocity for the feat.

God of War Ascension runs at 30fps, therefore:

We can see here that she begins creating the dimension at frame 23184, and it first appears on-screen at frame 23962, which means that she took 778 frames to create it.

(778/30) = 25.93/3333333 seconds

V = D/T = (5.2km)/(25.9333333333 seconds) = 200.514139 m/s

KE = 0.5 * 1.10764565 × 1.10764565 × 10^15  * (200.514139m/s) 

KE = 1.11049445923 × 10^17 joules, or 26.541454571 megatons of TNT

City level

Results[]

Feat 1 - The Furies create a sea - 38.8960 gigatons of TNT (Island level)[]

Feat 2 - The Furies create a storm:[]

  • Method 1: 2.117869312 gigatons of TNT (Small Island level)
  • Method 2: 26.541454571 megatons of TNT (City level)

Either way, an upgrade for God of War Ascension Kratos, who killed the Furies after they performed those feats. There also two more excellent, possibly City to Small Island level feats (Kratos wielding a weapon with the power of a typhoon sealed within, and The Furies causing an earthquake across a chain of small islands), so it's definitely consistent.
