Objectively the best version of Ganondorf. Don't @ me.
So this is a respect thread I guess. I decided to make this as some of Ganons powers seemed kinda suspect (I mean seriously, Superhuman Physical Characteristics and Magic? I don't remember Ganondorf having these). But in all seriousness I'm going to detail his magical abilities and how good, or maybe bad, they are are (like how his low-godly regeneration works and how useful is it for combat, how good his soul hax and resistance to it is, etc...), his strengths, and his weaknesses because I have nothing better to do because I fractured my leg and can't really leave the house.
I'll be doing this in chronological order, starting with Ocarina of Time, then going into his appearances in the Child Timeline, then his appearance in the Adult Timeline, then Downfall, and finishing up with Breath of the Wild.
Ocarina of Time[]
So several days prior to the events of the game, Ganon gets salty that the Deku Tree won't give him a green rock and places a death curse on him which eventually makes him wither and die.
He also tries to get a blue rock from the Zora, but when they tell him he can't have it he goes to Jabu Jabu and curses him too (He also blocks off the entrance to Dodongo Cavern with a boulder and makes more Dodongos appear but that's honestly not worth talking about). Princess Ruto says that there's a bunch of weird holes in his stomach that weren't there before, and then there's sentient electrical uvulas(?) that attack you when you get too close. There's also a bunch of electrical jellyfish floating around.
When Link finally gathers all 3 Spiritual Stones and arrives at Hyrule Castle Town a sudden thunderstorm is formed (Which is likely Ganons doing as it disappears when he leaves), and then Uncle Nando shoots a energy blast at Link.

So already we have stuff like Death Manipulation and Biological Manipulation, and he can whip up massive thunderstorms before he even gets the Triforce of NLF Power.
Rauru says that Ganon's evil power is seeping out of the temples and Hyrule is now a world of monsters as a result. Not entirely sure what this entails tho, maybe his power created all the monsters that overrun Hyrule?
Ganondorf also created a shadow/ghost of himself in the form of Phantom Ganon, who can levitate, shoot lightning bolts, create portals that allows it to travel in and out of paintings, and create fake projections of itself to confuse Link. Once Link defeats it, Ganon begins to telepathically speak to Link and congratulates him for beating it, this brief moment of respect for Link however quickly turns to anger towards Phantom Crenado. Ganon calls it a worthless creation and then sends it to the "Gap between dimensions" (Wherever that is) by opening up a portal and telekinetically moving Phantom Ganon towards it.

Ganon also revived the ancient dragon Volvagia.
When Sheik reveals himself to be Zelda in disguise (Whats next, Samus is actually a woman?) a small earthquake begins to start and Ganondorf telepathically speaks to Link and Zelda and begins mocking them. He traps Zelda in a magical crystal and then teleports her away into his castle. He also demonstrates Extrasensory Perception here (I think) as he knows where exactly Link and Zelda are and what they're doing (He also displays this during the Phantom Ganon cutscene).

Now we briefly step away from Ganons abilities and look at his passive magical power. Uncle Nando passively keeps his castle and a small island floating in the air with his power, which was calculated here.

So just by going by passive magical power alone he has Town level AP and Class G Lifting Strength. Now obviously he's scaled to far higher than this, but for just his passive strength it ain't half bad. And as the calc also shows his collapse of his castle is also town level, which he does while half dead (Well, as half dead as an immortal demon king can be) and on the brink of falling unconscious. So again, not too shabby.
Moving back to his abilities, Ganon had erected a massive barrier around his central tower that shocks and harms those who touch it.

This central barrier is powered by 5 other barriers, making 6 in total.
The 5 smaller barriers are protected in rooms that Ganon created, one of which is the Water Barrier room (Even though theres no water and is filled with nothing but ice). Most notably in this area is the Red Ice, that is so cold that fire and even magical abilities like Dins Fire can't melt it. The only thing able to melt the Red Ice is Blue Fire (Which Ganon conveniently leaves around in the same room).

Ganon also created a room with swirling dark energy for its walls and ceiling, along with a dark mist that surrounds the chasm inside. He can also create invisible floors and make his minions invisible as well.

Before the final battle begins, Ganondorf creates a large wave of dark energy that keeps Link in place and prevents Navi from getting close to him, and then as he takes flight the room visibly warps into a different appearance. He floats around shooting energy blasts at you (He can also reflect said energy blasts) and if hit, Link briefly becomes shocked and paralysed. At the start of the 2nd phase he creates a ring of fire around the rubble of his castle, and transforms into his beast form which kinda seems like he doesn't have full control over but that's most likely due to his rage. In both parts of the fight, he gets stunned and yells in pain when he's struck with the Light Arrows, showcasing his weakness to light/holy based items and magic.

He also displays resistance to Information Analysis as Navi is unable to identity any weakness on him.

So going off on what we have so far.
Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Magic, Curse Manipulation, Death Manipulation (Cursed the Deku Tree with death), Biological Manipulation (Created flesh holes in Jabu Jabus stomach causing him to become ill), Life Creation (Created several electrical jellyfish within Jabu Jabu, arguably created Gohma and Barinade as they were linked to his curses on the Deku Tree and Jabu Jabu), Energy Manipulation (Energy Projection and Reflection), Storm Creation, Creation (Created a sentient phantom of himself), Telekinesis, Telepathy (Telepathically spoke with Link and Zelda), Extrasensory Perception, Portal Creation (His lesser phantom can create portals, and opened a portal beneath said phantom), BFR (Banished Phantom Ganon to the gap between dimensions), Resurrection, Forcefield Creation (Created 6 barriers to protect his tower), Fire Manipulation (Can create a ring of fire so hot that Link can't pass through it even while wearing the Goron Tunic), Ice Manipulation (Created a room of ice in his castle, including red ice which is so cold not even Dins Fire can melt it), Earth Manipulation (Caused a small earthquake), Electricity Manipulation (His barriers have electrical properties, can shoot blasts of electrical energy, and should be able to shoot lightning bolts like his lesser phantom can), Levitation, Illusion Creation (Even his lesser phantom can create fake copies of itself to fool Link, created fake walls inside his castle), Transformation, He can turn his minions invisible and create invisible objects, Darkness Manipulation, Teleportation (Teleported Princess Zelda to his chambers), Paralysis Inducement (His blasts briefly paralyse Link), Minor Power Nullification (Prevented Navi from using her Z-Targeting via the use of his dark waves), Minor Reality Warping (Warped the room at the top of his tower into a battle arena), Resistance to Information Analysis (Navi was unable to identify a weakness on him)
And that just about does it for his appearance in Ocarina of Time, he showcases a wide variety of abilites and shows off some decent passive magical power. Now with the exception of A Link to the Past and maybe Breath of the Wild, the rest of Ganons appearances don't show off even nearly as much as he does here, so those will be a fair bit shorter than this section.
