First, I'm going to find the angular velocity.
The timeframe is 3 seconds.
So rotating the earth 180 degrees in three seconds is 0.33 radians per second, so 0.33pi is the angular velocity.
Moment of inertia of a sphere: 2MR^2/5
Mass of the earth = 5.97219e24 kg
Radius of the earth = 6,371,000
(2 * 5.97219e24 * 6,371,000^2) = 4.848181e+38
RKE = 1/2 * moment of inertia * angular velocity^2
1/2 * 4.848181e+38 * 0.33^2 = 2.6398346e+37 joules, or 6.31 Ronnatons of TNT - Large Planet level

At full power, the New Kid farts hard enough to rotate the planet even faster. He rotates it several times in a matter of seconds. I'd say about 2 radians per second?

So each day should be a full 360 rotation, for a total of 3600 degrees.
The timeframe is around four seconds.
3600 / 4 = 900 degrees per second, or 5 radians per second.
