Summary
When Thanos attempted to breach the forcefield of Abel City to reach the Reality Gem held within it, he enlists the help of Ultron, who is promised control of the city in exchange for his help. Upon crossing the forcefield he encounters Sigma, and, them recognizing each other's hatred for biological life, merged their two universes together and merged themselves into the being Ultron-Sigma, with the intent of turning all natural beings into "perfect" cybernetic ones.

- Reality Gem: Ultron-Sigma can use the Reality Gem to create three different elemental projectiles across the screen; electric spheres, icicles and fire orbs. The Infinity Surge version will make him launch a slow, homing energy burst with each use.
- Space Gem: Ultron-Sigma can use the Space Gem to increase his defense for a period of time, which reduces damage taken from his opponent's attacks. The Infinity Surge version allows him to push the opponent forward or backwards, and the Infinity Storm version seals them in a large, square force cage which restricts their movement for a while.
Note: Ultron-Sigma's loss to Thanos in their second encounter was the result of Iron Man, Spencer, and Dr. Light using all of the Avengers Tower's energy, which included a prison made with a containment field to weaken the Mad Titan to prevent an escape, to temporarily weaken him.[1] Because of this plot detail, avoid scaling Thanos to Ultron-Sigma due to his victory during this instance.
