Summary
The Ultimate Die is the culmination of all of humanity's wishes, a sentient object that desires all of what humanity does. As such desires innately conflict, it chooses a representative to lead it, by having the representative make a wish and act it out.
The first such individual was X, a boy who was alone in the world, with nobody who loved him. His desire was to be able to play forever.
However, over countless cycles with no change, the die developed a wish of its own, not as an object but as a person. It desired for X to change, and to be freed from the endless cycle he had trapped himself in. Its desire would eventually lead it to help Dongtae, making him the second owner of the die's powers.

Powers and Abilities: Reality Warping (Warps reality to fit the users desire, and it is stated any desire on earth could be granted by it, if its wielder so wished, even outlandish ones such as wishing for a world where cat's reign supreme or gundams and spacefaring civilizations exist), Acausality (type 2), Power Bestowal (It can grant all of its powers, and every ability in the story generates from it. It could grant the power to relay memories and thoughts without filters to allow humans to communicate their true feelings), Time Manipulation (Pieces of it are used to stop time, it rewound time to ancient Greece, and could grant the desire to turn back time by a fear years so that a person could invest in stocks, or let a person "edit my life however I want to"), Pocket Reality Manipulation (Created a pocket reality for itself, as well as several ones as playgrounds for the participants of X's game), Morality Manipulation (It could create world peace; make it so that no criminals existed anymore; make society respect the meek and small; and make a world where everyone can overcome their fears), Resurrection (It can resurrect the dead), Necromancy (The wish for people to be able to see their lost loved ones was showed as colorful specters appearing and communicating with people), Creation (Stated to be able to create anything, showcased to create duplicates of enemies, manifestations of their fears and repressed problems, money, other dice with it's powers limited to affecting the user only, seemingly recreated the moon, duplicates of the user and items bombs, potions, weapons, as well as creating a world where spaceships and space-faring mechas exist), Information Analysis, Mind Manipulation (Removed the part of X's that would have grown up to make him always want to play like he wished), Information Analysis, Precognition (Short range, can predict the % of success of actions), Status Effect Inducement (Paralysis, confusion and sleep, likely many other), Gravity Manipulation, Teleportation, Biological Manipulation (Of the wishes it can grant, it could make every human being into an afro-american; could heal and likely induce any sickness; could make cats become intelligent enough to rule over the world; can make people look like dogs; ), Regeneration (Can heal based on peoples wishes as long as it isn't destroyed, what counts as destroyed is however unknown), Elemental Manipulation (Fire and Ice, likely many other), Weather Manipulation, Hacking and negation of it (Can hack into any technology in real life, and counter hacking), Existence Erasure (Of the desires it can grant, it could: "reset" the world itself, to return it to nothingness; erase all dice, itself included; make all buildings disappear; make a world with no bunny plushies), Accelerated Development (Will keep developing, the more desires the faster it's evolution), Weather Manipulation (Can stop climate change)
Attack Potency: Likely Universe level+ (It is revelead that Mooyoung's goal is to erase the universe by wishing so from the die, reducing everything to nothingness. This is considered a serious threat by every character, even ones who can wield the die's power. It could change the world fundamentally, such as transforming it into a sci-fi world with gundams or simply a forest where animals and people leaved in a small village)
Speed: Varies (Can perform any wish as soon as its wielder thinks of it, but each wielder gets only one - however wishing for more wish is allowed)
Durability: At least Small Building level (Fell as a meteorite and destroyed a small hut with no damage, but was cracked by Dongtae)

Intelligence: As intelligent as humans despite being an object of amalgamated desires.
Weaknesses: It's durability. It needs people to want something to grant it, the bigger the request, the bigger the desire needed. Giving out too many abilities without a corresponding desire can weaken it. It only grants what a person truly wishes, instead of what they ask for.
