Summary
The Doctor who has been secretly helping the Gyoukumen side with the experiment to revive the Demon King. Going under the name of Ni Jiyani, this world renowned scientist is also a protector of the Sutras from the Dawn of Time, albeit a heretical one.

Attack Potency: At least Continent level (performed the Minus Wave on the series' Asia equivalent. This was done with a power less than his own), potentially Star level (professed to Gyoukumen that he could bury the sun)
Speed: At least Hypersonic (has outright ran laps around the Sanzo-ikkou, whom all are at least low hypersonic)
Striking Strength: At least Island Class (severely harmed the ikkou with nothing more than his finger)
Durability: Unknown with Sutra, at least Island level without Sutra via scaling
Range: Melee and several dozen meters with some Buddhist spells. At least hundreds of kilometers with sutra. His teleportation has allowed him to cross from India to China several times, along with a possibility of Asia to America (their equivalent)
Intelligence: Highly calculating and observant, Ukoku is already a genius outside of battle (the number one intellect of his time), and on the battlefield, it shows. He's ability to access on his opponents with pinpoint accuracy gives him favorable odds during combat.
Weaknesses: He is able to be attacked in the window that using his sutra to attack opens up. He also might be blind, but that has yet to present itself as fact, let alone a detriment.
Standard Equipment:
Muten Sutra: One of the five sutras that originally made up the sutra from the Dawn of Time (also known as the Heaven and Earth scriptures), it administers Death and Nothingness. It has the power to bury all creation in a darkness blacker than night and voids all attacks. It also gives Ukoku the ability to negate space, which he generally uses to teleport.
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
True Nothingness: His only named ability, Ukoku transforms the sutra into an ominous omnidirectional field of complete darkness. Once the person he's targeting is within the field, they become a non-existence.
He technically has 2 other sutras in his possession currently, to which he can access if he so desires. This potentially skyrockets his power but it only depends on if one wants to allow this technicality
