Toura is a C-rank mercenary. Toura was an orphan who was picked up and trained by Saalim, one of Morito's students. With her skills and training Toura quickly became an A-rank mercenary, but during the exam that could have lead to her becoming the youngest S-rank ever, Morito, who was one of the examiners, antagonized her, which ended with her being demoted to C-rank and plotting revenge against Morito.
Unbeknowst to her, Morito had only done so due to her overeliance on ELS, which had cost Saalim his life. After being defeated by Morito she joined Mikado High School as a school nurse and became another of Morito's apprentices.

Skilled users are capable of identifying weapon's models or the sound of a person's breath, muscle movement or heartbeat. Toura was taught this technique by Saalim to help her compensate for her poor eyesight, just as he learned it from Morito after losing his eyesight in combat. This technique can also be used to tell if a person is lying by listening to their heart.
