The spectres are a race of spirits that come in all shapes and sizes and pervade the whole of the world of OFF. Seemingly self-perpetuating and impossible to kill off for good, they seem to have little interest in anything other than attacking and terrorizing the residents of the Zones, though their true motives and thoughts are not entirely known.
