The Fulcrum is an ancient cosmic entity who commands complete loyalty from the Watchers, the Celestials, and the Horde. He runs a popular bar known as "The Vestibule", where Eternals go to either acquire a new body or leave for the afterlife.

The Fulcrum is the creator of the Celestials, but always sought one who would rise above its initial purpose on its own. It was eventually Tiamut, the Dreaming Celestial, who questioned its own amoral nature, and grew a conscience, in an attempt to save Earth, earning himself the position of the Fulcrum's equal and companion.

The Fulcrum may be based off of a young Jack Kirby, who was the person who came up with the Celestials. Because of this, it is likely that the Fulcrum is just another aspect of The-One-Above-All, who has appeared as Jack Kirby, in the past.

According to many of his frequent visitors, he makes excellent cocktails and has a great sense of humor.
