Powers and Stats
Name: Raymond "Ray" Palmer, The Atom
Origin: DC Comics
Classification: Human Superhero
Age: Unknown, Looks middle-aged
Powers and Abilities: Uses a suit incorporating technology of his own design that allows him to shrink his body to any size, even subatomic levels. He is capable of retaining his full mass and strength while doing so or not. He can ride phone lines and electrical/photonic signals to a target. Possesses full control over his own body at the molecular level. He is able to shrink others with him but they can only remain stable for an hour before their bodies explode. By shrinking below the quantum level, he is able to travel to other universes. Can personally rearrange molecules and atoms to affect transmutation
Weaknesses: Compassionate, usually will not use his powers to their full extent due to his sense of mercy
Attack Potency: Athlete level, various forms of attacks can hurt enemies with much higher Durability
Range: Anywhere a phone line or electrical signal can reach
Speed: Peak Human, up to Lightspeed when shrunken
Durability: Peak Human, Higher if he shrinks but keeps his mass (due to density)
Lifting Strength: Peak Human
Striking Strength: Athlete Class
Stamina: Peak Human
Standard Equipment: His suit which allows him to shrink
Intelligence: Genius scientist, developed the shrinking technology based on white dwarf star matter, has multiple physics degrees
- Electrical transmission: By shrinking himself to subatomic size he can hitch a ride on electrical signals, such as phone or computer data. With this he can effectively call someone, jump in the phone receiver, and arrive on the other side.
- Internal attack: He can enter someone's body while shrunken and then increase his size to damage or destroy them from the inside. (Due to his personality he will almost never do this)
- Transmutation: By physically rearranging atoms and molecules, he can effectively transmute elements
- Multiversal travel: By shrinking below the quantum level, he can access The Bleed, a dimension between universes, and travel to alternate universes and parallel realities.
