Summary
Tenkuu Shinpan is a manga by Tsuina Miura and Oba Takahiro.
High-school girl Yuri is suddenly transported to the rooftop of a high-rise building. She's trapped in a bizarre world surrounded by skyscrapers, where mysterious masked killers roam around trying to kill everyone who doesn't have a mask.
