Tanktop Master (タンクトップマスター, Tankutoppu Masutā) is the S-Class Rank 15 hero. He is the eldest and most powerful of the Tanktop brothers, as well as the most level-headed and wise. He plays a minor role in the Alien Invasion arc, and a more major role in the Hero Hunt arc. Tanktop Master battles Garou to avenge Tanktop Vegetarian, and proves to be superior. However, upon seeing Garou's state, along with advice from Licenseless Rider, he decides to spare the human monster. Unfortunately, once Garou had seen through Tanktop Master's attacks, he went back on the offense and defeated the hero. In the hospital, Tanktop Master tells Saitama that Garou's fighting style makes him especially deadly to heroes.
