Sylvester Asimov (シルヴェスター・アシモフ, Shiruvesutā Ashimofu. Рус. Сильвестр Азимов) is a Russian man and a militar that chose to join the Annex Project to save his daughter from the deadly A.E. Virus that afflicts Earth.

Notable Techniques:
Tasmanian King Crab Base: After receiving the M.O. operation when he joined the Annex 1 mission, Asimov gained the abilities of the Tasmanian King Crab.
- Enhanced Durability: With the hardened shell of a crab, Asimov is protected against most forms of blunt damage and attacks from conventional firearms and knives.
- Limb Regeneration: Asimov can regenerate his arms and likely his legs as well. The regeneration is sped up if he has some rations to consume while he's regenerating.
- Limb Detachment: Since he regenerate his limbs later, Asimov has the ability to instantly remove his arms if he needs to such as if he is restrained.
- Bubble Mask: Though not very useful for defense, Asimov can create a mask of bubbles over his eyes to prevent himself from being blinded.
