Summary
General Thaddeus E. "Thunderbolt" Ross, the man who would become the most frequent nemesis of the superhuman monster known as the Hulk, born into a family with a proud tradition of military service. As a boy, Thaddeus Ross immersed himself in the study of military history. Later he learned how to fly by barnstorming at county fairs.
Later on in his life, Ross was transformed into the Red Hulk in order to combat his nemesis more effectively.

Combat Record: He has fought and beaten people such asTerrax, Namor, A-Bomb, and Iron Man. He even defeated Grandmaster, Silver Surfer, Savage Hulk, and Odinforce enhanced Thor. And most impressively, he managed to knock out the Watcher Uatu (although this was later retconned as due to his unique energy-absorbing physiology acting like Kryptonite). However, Thor and Hulk have beaten him without trouble later, so the Negative Zone may have weakened him permanently.
