Pelagia is the nickname given to the twelfth colossus, found within a large lake, standing at roughly 89 ft/27.1m high with an estimated total length of 100 ft/30.5m. Pelagia is considered to be the strangest of the Colossi. It's supposed to represent a turtle with the shell on its back yet it has the stature of a gorilla and tusks that resemble the horns of a bull.

Intelligence: Unlike most of the Colossi, albeit still animalistic, Pelagia is shown to possess a somewhat cunning calculating and strategic capability, controlling the timing of it's movements and firing of projectiles to catch its targets off guard, even being able to pretend to look away, just to quickly turn and shot or being capable of firing not at the target, but to somewhere it knows the target will move to, thus colliding with the projectile.
Weaknesses: Like any other Colossi, Pelagia's weakspots are the Magic Sigil's on it's body. Wander's Sword is the best way to damage it, but it's been shown that the colossi can be damaged by things such as arrows and gravity to a certain extent. Pelagia's Major Sigil is located on it's belly. it also has the unique weakness of possessing several teeth-like protusions that when hit can make it change the direction it's moving towards. Pelagia is also practically blind and so the horn's practically make up for its eyes, because of this, Pelagia has a hard time seeing. So if someone were to hide behind something, Pelagia would literally have to pull it's body out of the water leaving him open for attack
- Electric projectiles: Pelagia can shoot lighting blast from the horn like protusions of it's head.
