Summary
Pacific Rim is a 2013 sci-fi action movie and comic series released by Warner Brothers Pictures. It features a near future Earth where all governments united to create giant mechs (named Jaegers) piloted by two people at once in order to fight off the threat of monstrous aliens known as Kaiju.
Power of the Verse
Pacific Rim is a decently strong verse. Even the verse's weakest characters, such as Trespasser, the first kaiju, sits at Large Town level+. The most relevant Jaegars and Kaiju in the first film mostly sit at Large Town level+ due to upscaling from Trespasser, with some sitting at Small City level, mostly via Self-Destruction or durability. The Jaegars and the Kaiju in the sequel film, Pacific Rim: Uprising, are much more powerful than their first film counterparts, all sitting at Small City level, the former's reasoning is due to humanity having rapidly advanced in technology. At the top, the Mega-Kaiju sits as the most powerful character in the verse so far, sitting at Multi-Continent level via environmental destruction. Speed is decent, ranging from Subsonic to Hypersonic.
