Summary
Muscular is a member of the League of Villain's Vanguard Action Squad. He lost his left eye to the efforts of Water Hose, a pair of Pro Heroes who defended a town he was attacking. Because of this, he appears at U.A.'s secret summer training camp to attack Water Hose's only son, Kouta, forcing Izuku Midoriya to intervene and save the boy from the Villain's wrath.

Intelligence: Muscular is rather brutish and single-minded, caring only for the rush of battle and seeing his opponent's blood. As a result, he has a rather one-track mindset, simply trying to overpower his foes with sheer brute force. Regardless, he is a frighteningly skilled brawler, managing to kill two famous veteran heroes (Albeit with extreme scarring and the loss of an eye) and easily overpowering Deku for much of their fight while complaining about how his opponent's punches were "telephoned".
Weaknesses: Muscular is a bloodthirsty, single-minded sadist to the core and is thus very much a berserker in combat with little regard for strategy, Confident in his abilities to the point of arrogance at times.
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
Muscle Augmentation: Muscular's Quirk allows him to produce muscle fibers at a rapid rate to bolster his strength, speed, and durability, allowing him to easily overpower Izuku's use of One for All 5% and even shrugging over One for All 100%. He can also fashion his muscle fibers into a web in front of him to use as makeshift armor, but this failed to defend him against Izuku's 1,000,000% Delaware Detroit Smash.
