  • Sorry to bother you but I don't think that thread was a stomp.

Sonic has a passive Fate manip helping him, time stop, clairvoyance, resistance to soul manip, etc. Sonic has the abilities to fight and defeat Wolfgang, same with Wolffy but you get what I mean.

Also, while it's true that Briah is tought based, Wolffy never starts with it and he preffers to play with his opponent. I don't know much about sonic mindset but he isn't one to start with the big guns too, so I said the have equals chance of winning.

Just letting this here so you may consider reopening the thread, but if you don't then it's all cool.

    • He indirectly has immortality from a 1-A, which I don't think any of that helps him get by.

He has immortality based on rein, who is indirectly based on 1-A merc.

If he gets demolished by tanking a punch or something I'd think he's gonna activate Briah, and Sonic isn't gonna know he can rez.

  • Basically, why does he have type 5 acausality and type 2 concept manipulation as a daemon while in the materium and why doesn't he have an "in the warp" key?

I'm asking because Azzy's Chaos/Daemons blog says nothing that would give Magnus those things while in the materium

    thanks in advance

  • I've noticed both the later books in Hitchhiker's Guide, as well as a couple onion articles, do this well. I would assume you have a good example or two as well.

  • This isn’t what you asked for in your message wall but you’re one of the smartest people on this site, so I want to know your opinion on this thread: https://vsbattles.wikia.com/wiki/Thread:2535949#34

  • Howdy there! I’m not sure if you’re even knowledgeable about this verse, but this CRT needs more staff input. So I’m wondering if you can possibly give your opinions on it? If you could, that will be great. But it’s fine if you don’t, I’ll just find another staff or admin. Yeehaw, thanks for reading.

  • Though times may be hard, Americans of all ages are forgetting their troubles with the help of beloved fantasy author H P Lovecraft. The recently deceased "Weird Tales" contributor transports readers to a happier land of sanity-sapping prehuman subterranean, helping folks everywhere put aside their cares and take a delightfully diverting trip to Lovecraftland.

"When the narrator recoils in horror at the non-Euclidean alien geometries of the dreaded Sleeping Elder God Cthulhu's undersea tomb, I was in dreamland, wishing my own life could be so merry," said reader Gus Derleth, an unemployed quarryman from Wisconsin. “If only I, too, could be plagued by the shifting gelatinous menace of Shub-Niggurath, Black Goat of the Woods with a Thousand Young.”

Lovecraft's pulp fiction has won its way into the hearts of readers eager for hope. "His disturbed, paranoid tales of unknowable crawling madness serve as a welcome respite for many people suffering through the Depression," Yale University literature professor Paul Sloccambe said. "Lovecraft makes readers wish their own lives were as romantic and carefree as those in his stories, like the Mad Arab Abdul Alhazred, who pens the forbidden Necronomicon only to be devoured alive by invisible demons in front of Screaming onlookers."

Lovecraft's gay yarns lift the spirit and take readers' minds off the difficulties of daily life. "The Dunwich Horror" tells the uplifting story of a half-human abomination born of a human woman and Yog-Sothoth, an ancient, extra-dimensional being worshiped by a half-mad death cult. And the much-beloved "Pickman's Model" has won wide popularity for its delightful portrayal of a tortured painter consorting with hideous subterranean perversities too gruesome to face the light of day.

Of course, such optimism can only exist in fiction. But, in our reality, victims of these dreary times need only open a Lovecraft book to take an exciting trip to a far-off land where alien beings "construct mighty basalt cities of windowless towers, preying horribly on the minds of all they find there."

Would that real life were so grand!

This is from a book published by the onion, thought you wouuld love this

This would be where you'd put a blog link. I can't find one on the profile.

Also once my schoolwork lightens up I'm finally gonna end up finishing the standard equipment revisions and separating stuff into standard and optional, where standard equipment is now reduced to their most iconic/frequently carried gear as opposed to dudes having absolutely everything at once, just a heads up.

You just make people realizing certain gears and equipments, so the OP can optionally restrict them. Your idea can create a mess of differentiating iconic and common gears. I could create a blog details all legendary gears, so that people can read to make certain rules per thread. Universalizing is not good. Revise Versus rules as an amendment.

    • I would consider my blog as an addition rather than a revision. Matthew introduces the idea of 1-C artifacts drawing powers directly from gods. Honestly, I was the first one hopes to see a TES revision on this site. It just happens that Matthew is a good friend to Tes lore buffs making sure this effort possible. The Elder Scrolls is very complex and not easy to understand. I sympathize with people scratching their heads over The Prisoner metaphysic as it is a philosophy rather than power.

    • You see what you're supposed to do is just interpret things as they suit you so you can wank everyone to 1-A

Yeah, a lot of powerful and expansive verses were quite clearly not intended to be vs debated over, and from what I've seen TES has a ton of stuff past the games that most people would end up remaining oblivious to if they're not super into the series.
