I know the thread was closed due to succesfully creating a new rule regarding the stamina statisitcs of characters. Thank you for that.
However, if its not too much trouble, could you please re-open it for a brief time once again (though the highlight can stay gone). I want to ask everyone if some of the mentioned characters should have their stamina's changed now that this rule is made and accepted. If you'd like for me to make a new thread about that, that is absolutely no problem.
Again Rice is right here. The downgrades were indeed accepted, you can't just go and edit the downgrades out just because you feel like it. Make another CRT and try to debunk Rice's point. However this would only go in circles and waste everyone's time.
Let's end this discussion for the moment. Weekly had support from some other staff members, and considered the issue unsettled. Staff members are only human as well, and can make mistakes. I will talk with the other bureaucrats in private about this.
Considering the number of times where the admins have just up and made changes because of the majority rules thing, I think that the majority accepting the downgrade/revision of that Bayonetta thread should be factored in.
Before you guys just up and conclude whether the abilities listed on Bayonetta's profile is correct or not, have you guys just sat down and actually read the definitions for what "Time stop" and "Multi-Universal" is here on this wiki?
I'm just going to write that Multi-Universal means that the ability in question must affect two temporal dimensions/universes at once, simultaneously with a single use.
@Ant Yes, i know, im not arguing about it any more, im simply trying to tune the changes so they are more accurate, not argue against them completely any more. I accept that the changes are being made.
She has feats of affecting the real world while in purgatorio (the scene where she drew on luka's face while she was in purgatorio for example), which would at best be cross-dimesional, which yes, is a range rating here, but i digress
Just to reiterate what I have already told Weekly and UMR in private:
The bureaucrats have talked about this, and decided that UMR had better and more factual arguments, as well as more community support, so his suggested changes should go through without interference.
However, he should never have attacked Weekly in public like he did. That kind of behaviour is dangerous for the community.
Both have told me that they accept the decision. UMR will not attack other staff members in public again, and Weekly will accept the changes being performed. However, he has a slight disagreement about the range that he would like to talk about first.
Cross-dimensional doesn't fit into our range descriptions, else Madara would have cross-dimensional range via limbo, even though it operates under the same space-time as Earth, and only makes the clones invisible to those without the rinngean.
Also I have dozens of meters to kilometers (inclusive), and getting a range of witch time from Queen Sheba/ other space feats would require evidence.
Well even if we were to use that video, if we assumed she could use witch time to affect as far as the eye could see on the map, and assuming she's 70m in air, the distance to the horizon from that height is only ~30km.
If we were to assume she was as high as the empire state building (she's clearly not), the distance to the horizon would still be <100 km. We have no proof that she can witch time an entire country like Temperantio could affect, or use witch time with Queen Sheba, which is why "At least dozens of kilometers, likely thousands of kilometers" is a reasonable middle ground.
