i can see medaka win it, especially since simon himself is a 3d being with the armor being 2b in potency and stuff, though you may wanna bloodlust medaka since she never starts out with hax and idk how well simon can deal with af res. also about my blog, do mention that most of the Medaka Box knowledgable members do agree with it.
Welp Pachi never mentioned stomp, he wrote "not ending well" so he may have closed it so that it doesn't go into toxic territory.
Also you gotta be a tough cookie to go into lone arguing, trust me i've been there. Arguing off every idea has only worked for me once (in Sirzechs Vs Nihilus) other fights like Medaka vs Satanel, HA Dio, Novel Kars, Funny Valentine etc have all been the same, me trying to debunk every argument from like 4 people, but it soon devolves into toxicity and you may start getting my treatment. So be careful of these stuff, the more you gather on your side the easier it'll be, so whenever you do something do contact the supporters of the verse. That is just my advice.
Also as i thought, i made a small mistake. Small that could change the tier.
In my calculation i ignored air friction (in both Kinetic and Potential energy calculation, so while the calc while ignoring friction force might be correct the true calc is wrong).
I will calculate that too though a bit later as i am a bit busy rn. Another thing is "Chase's reaction speed" which is again wrong (idk who calced that) as it ignores air friction which would slow him down. There is also the fact that are we sure it applies like that, reacting and dodging is a bit weird in this case as they could be seen coming from far away, so idk if that would apply (idk the exact scenario to say whether it would or not).
Well she created her own style, she didn't copy it. She learned the mechanics of a style and created 1 herself. It wasn't done via the end doe cus plot says "medaka is perfect so she can't understand the feelings of lower ppl"....and that's why the end can't copy it xD.
But isn't the plot device driving the Unknown Shiranui arc that in the prior arc she learned how to understand the feelings of lower people, therefore a double wasn't needed any more? Wouldn't it make sense then that she can copy styles?
Also she did copy it, like that scan says, it's the same style Fukurou used to move around while being dead.
Nope, she hasn't demonstrated any skill IIRC xD. Though she stated she copied it (while she didn't state stuff like The Skill That Makes Skills, Real Eater, Devil Style etc so no one accepts it...she'd be a lot stronger with those).
With the styles there would be no problem as anyone could learn them (as we know when zenkichi who is completely untalented was able to learn CC temporarily, let alone Medaka using The End). The reason we don't accept the stuff she hasn't stated are for different reasons:
Real Eater = We state it as unknown whether she has seen it or not
Devil Style = Same reason as Real Eater, we state it as unknown whether Medaka knows about it's existance
The Skill That Makes Skills = Not only is that skill banned from the wiki due to unknown limits, but we treat it as unknown whether The End could copy it given how potent it is as a skill and same for Ajimu's skills.
That line there is part of why we'r in argue of whether it's The End or Style Creation. The End is just the skill that allows someone to passively break down the basis of any skill and learn them while bypassing all "ownership" issues and other rules (since it bypasses any rule on the copy maybe that's just part of the "perfect" concept of The End), now The End may or maynot be able to break down and copy feelings but that is only arguable. But we do see her use styles and there is also the fact that she has this skill:
My Standard Damage (常踏苦, Mai Sutandādo Damēji): Damage doesn't heal skill. Nisio Isin questions if Medaka learned this skill from the battle with Iihiko.
A statement from the author kind of points towards The End being able to copy styles which is why i am more towards "copy styles".
Mami vs Medaka. Another match that is probs a stomp for Medaka's opponent soley due to "medaka doesn't open strong" and would be a stomp for Medaka should it be bloodlusted...how unusual to find a match like this eh? xD
If Good Loser Kumagawa isn't original material, and is done by different authors, erasing colours shouldn't scale to manga Kumagawa with both AF and Bookmaker, nor should it scale to Medaka Kurokami herself, as she never copies minuses in the anime.
Well Good Loser Kumagawa is a series that was done by Nisio Isin who is the original creator of the Medaka Box manga. Good Loser Kumagawa was originally a light novel, and the story arc is fully created by the original author.
About Medaka i don't get what you mean. Minuses don't show up in the anime so what do you mean with scaling to medaka and stuff.
It doesn't. It is canon though it doesn't tell the same story, it's a prequel. It tells the story of Kumagawa specifically. Mostly focuses on him before coming to Hakoniwa Academy. Though it is writen by the same dude. Idk where to find the novels doe. xD
All Fiction can erase concepts even in the manga doe. You remember how it erased sight, aura, time, i think it states somewhere to be able to erase combat to skip to the end of the fight, can't remember doe, all of which are concepts which are erased in the manga.
Sorry I didn't mean the same story as the ENTIRE anime, but the same story as the last episode of season 2. I've found some listings for the novels online but they're all in Japanese :L
All Fiction doesn't erase those things on a global/universal. Other people still have sight, auras, and time, so he doesn't erase the concept of them, he just erases those things for certain people.
I've been doing a lot of digging into that anime episode, and it seems like it isn't canon. But we'd need someone to read the LN to be sure. This page on the Medaka Box wiki about that sub-series is incomplete. It has the first and last arcs (released as spinoffs along with the main manga), and the second arc (the 12th episode of Medaka Box Abnormal), but it has the titles for the third and fourth arcs with no description.
I can find proof that the book exists, but I can't find any description of its contents (whether it includes color of beauty or not).
EDIT: It looks like there were actually two of those novels released, but the subtitles of both of them seem nothing like the subtitle of the anime episode, "The Brokenhearted Artist's Lament".
Also, there's a listed piece of trivia that the wielder of Color of Beauty was created by Nisio Isin, but it doesn't say whether Nisio did any more writing for the episode (Declaring that All-Fiction could erase colours for instance).
And now that I think about it, it doesn't make sense for Kumagawa to have erased all colours for the entire world at his old school. He declared in that episode that because the colour red doesn't exist, that people can't bleed out, but they obviously do later in the series.
It seems to me like that episode was just a non-canon demonstration of Kumgawa's powers.
There is also the fact that it's fully obedient to the canon material. Ezumachi and everyone else is the same and has the same powers. Kumagawa has the same powers he "should logically have" AND there is also the fact that All Fiction is also the same including the part where it can't undo itself which happens by the end of the series so it is chronologically correct there too. And again as i said the anime is fully canon due to being an almost exact replica of the manga.
It's mostly fully obedient to the canon material, but if I write a fanfiction about Medaka Box that's fully obedient, then starts deviating from it in one chapter where Ajimu erases all platonic concepts, that's not canon.
It stops being fully obedient to the canon material when it starts introducing stuff that isn't in the original material. The differences are the things that are non-canon.
