Summary
Lorelei is the ice user of the Elite Four, and is the first Elite Four member ever met. She is known for her cool and calculated tactics. She is from Four Island on the Sevii Islands, and has a deep affinity to the Icefall Cave there, as that is where she first got her Lapras when she was a child.
