Summary
Lil’ Hunter can be found in the Frozen City, Lil' Hunter was originally a member of the I.D.P.D., who was sent alone on a dangerous mission, However, upon failing that mission, the I.D.P.D. abandoned him with no resources. However, despite this, he survived but went mad and mutated. Lil’ Hunter was close friends with Rogue, but due to his madness fails to recognize her if they meet in the game.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Stomp Attack: Lil’ Hunter flies very high into the air and then propels him directly on top of the enemy in a stomp-like motion and releases a large ring of blue fire along with it.
- Danmaku: Lil’ Hunter will either fire a large amount of tightly packed rounds of circular projectiles or will release a large number of red projectiles that fill and bounce off the room he is is currently in.
- Call for Backup: When Lil’ Hunter feels threatened enough he will retreat behind cover and call in I.D.P.D Grunts to the opponent's location. He will then attempt to snipe at the enemy as they fight off the group of I.D.P.D Grunts.
- Self-Destruction: Upon defeat, Lil’ Hunter’s Jetpack will go awry and send him barreling into walls right before releasing a very large explosion.
