Summary
Lesser Dog is a member of the royal guard encountered in Snowdin Forest. While it is a random encounter as opposed to being fought at a specific location, it will always be fought before Frisk leaves the forest. In order to spare Lesser Dog, Frisk must pet it. However, if Frisk continues to pet Lesser Dog, its neck will continue to elongate. Petting the dog enough times will result in its neck extending up into the sky before coming back down, eventually plunging far beyond Frisk's reach into unknown depths.
