Leopold Goenitz (レオポルドゲーニッツ, Reoporudo Gēnittsu) is a video game character who made his first appearance in the Neo Geo fighting game The King of Fighters '96 as the last boss, following Chizuru Kagura. He is the head of the Four Heavenly Kings of Orochi; with the power to command wind, his full title as a heavenly king is Goenitz of the Wildly-Blowing Wind (吹き荒ぶ風のゲーニッツ, Fukisusabu Kaze no Gēnittsu).

- ГЁГА/Hyouga (Icy River/Glacier): Goenitz disappears in a momentary whirlwind, then teleports forward.
- ЯМИДОКОКУ/Yami Doukoku (Darkness Lamentation): Goenitz lifts his opponent by their head, and manifests a immense whirlwind to strike them while he holds them inside.
- Shin Ya Otome: Jissoukoku/ЖИССКОКУ (True Eight Maidens: Cruelties of True Reality): Goenitz teleports forward. On a successful hit, he proceeds to slash at his foe while moving forward, generating a whirlwind with each slash. He will finish by holding them up as blood continues to flow out, then leap up and smash them into the ground.
