Summary
Vicki Vale, born as Victoria Arkham a.k.a Lady Arkham, is the main antagonist of Batman: The Telltale Series. She is a supervillain and the founder of the terrorist group known as the Children of Arkham. She has sworn revenge against the Wayne family after Thomas Wayne had her parents killed in order to gain ownership of Arkham Asylum.
