~ Kimmy's song to Travis |
Summary
Kimmy Howell is a university student who proclaims to be "Travis the Great's" #1 fan. To prove that she's worthy of that title she decides to challenge him in order to kill him and take his head so he can be hers alone. She's highly skilled with a Beam Katana disguised as a flute with energy blades on both ends. Travis does not kill her, instead knocking her out with a suplex, stating he didn't want to kill a kid.
In No More Heroes III, Kimmy Howell returns, now a disillusioned but world-famous popstar known as Kimmy Love. She invites Travis Touchdown to one of her concerts, kills the alien assassin Vanishing Point as he attempts to ambush Travis before challenging him to a rap battle... then an actual battle to the death, which she loses. Travis regretfully kills her, understanding she'd always come back to haunt him, and promising she'd always live in his dreams.
Powers and Stats

Keys: Kimmy Howell | Kimmy Love
Name: Kimmy Howell, Kimmy Love
Origin: No More Heroes
Gender: Female
Age: Around 18-20 | 11 Years older
Classification: Human, University student, Travis's #1 fan (self-proclaimed), Assassin
Powers and Abilities:
Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Weapon Mastery, Martial Arts, Genius Intelligence and Accelerated Development (Can learn in one day techniques that would take years for the average assassin to learn), Water Manipulation (Can blow giant, damaging bubbles), Heat Manipulation, Energy Manipulation, limited Electricity Manipulation and limited Explosion Manipulation (Beam Katanas emit intense heat and when charged, they also emit large sparks of electricity and can be powered to full to cause explosions), Extrasensory Perception and Precognition (There are many examples of normal people in Suda51's games being capable of instinctually sensing or perceiving things they could otherwise not know, with some examples being shown by entire groups or populations of people. As a capable combatant, their instincts should be far superior to those of the average person, and even relatively low tier combatants are capable of sensing others' bloodlust or presence through their instincts), Instinctive Reaction (A fighter's instincts are honed as they become more powerful, with even people such as pro bikers being capable of entering a state where their bodies react to issues automatically and entire species of alien warriors being capable of fighting through sheer instinct. Various highly skilled fighters such as Travis Touchdown, Shinobu Jacobs or The Killer7 have shown the ability to predict attacks instinctually)
Same as before minus Water Manipulation, plus Preparation (The stage she performed on during her fight with Travis had giant teddy bears with eye lasers and fire machines that activated when he stepped near them), Energy Projection (Can fire energy blades), Breaking the Fourth Wall (Not only can Kimmy break the fourth wall, but she even has access to a drone that can screw up the player's camera), Teleportation (Shown here), Acrobatics (Able to execute dance-like attack combos and perform a frontflip then strike with her Beam Katana right as she lands), Likely Resistance to Perception Manipulation (Was able to notice Vanishing Point's presence when nobody else could) and Temperature Manipulation (Faster than Fullface, who need special equipment to not freeze their own faces off when fighting at full speed)
Attack Potency: Building level, possibly City Block level+ (Matched Travis, seemingly giving him some trouble) | Dwarf Star level (Comparable to Travis. Easily defeated Vanishing Point)
Speed: Hypersonic+ combat speed (Kept up with Travis), Subsonic movement speed (Should be comparable to Travis) | FTL (Could fight an early-game Travis Touchdown. Far superior to the Fullface enemy, who is able to attack at the speed of light)
Lifting Strength: Class 50 (Able to clash weapons with Travis) | At least Class K (Can clash swords with and is able to prevent an early-game Travis Touchdown, who should be much stronger than his Travis Strikes Again self, from grabbing him)
Striking Strength: Building level, possibly City Block level+ | Dwarf Star level
Durability: Building level, possibly City Block level+ | Dwarf Star level
Stamina: At least Athletic Human. An expert assassin who has many battles under her belt.
Range: Extended melee range with Beam Katana, several meters with bubbles | Extended melee range with Beam Katana, tens of meters with Preparation
Standard Equipment: A dual blade Beam Katana disguised as a flute | A dual blade Beam Katana which doubles as he microphone.
Intelligence: Genius. Able to learn techniques that would take most people years in a day, easily won the National Student Assassin championship. | Genius. Older and much more pragmatical, has likely kept up with her training due to her desire for revenge against Travis, yet managed to become an incredibly famous pop-star at the same time.
Weaknesses: Somewhat childish and obsessed with Travis in her first key
