Jörmungandr is a magician and Gremlin member named after one of Loki's children, the Norse serpent big enough to wrap around the entire world. He was deployed to intercept a Russian bomber squadron sent by the Anti-Gremlin alliance to spur Japan into action as Gremlin invaded Tokyo, but he was interrupted by Stiyl Magnus.

- Poisonous Breath: Despite its great size, the original Jörmungandr's greatest weapon was its immensely poisonous breath, the symbol of what allowed it to kill the lightning god Thor while also being killed by him. Jörmungandr applies this in the form of a purple sphere of light which he can shoot with great speed and great lethality, likely with some poisonous trait given his namesake and the legend he uses for the spell. He used this spell to casually attack Stiyl Magnus, who was in the ocean 10,000 meters below him.
- Other Magic: Jörmungandr was able to not only fly and reach an altitude of 10,000 meters, but also cling to a bomber's wing, stand and jump around it as if on solid ground, and endure the extreme conditions there. He also apparently planned some sort of attack on the bomber by making his hands glow as if like a blowtorch, but he was interrupted by Stiyl before completing his attack.
