Iori Akatsuki is a young man Yui's group meets while in their journey to create a vaccine for the Death Pollen. Like Yui, Iori has visions about the enemies he fights, and is currently seeking for the man with a scar that kills him in his visions, planning to kill him first.

-Scythe: Iori's Scythe is made from a giant beetle's leg and jaw plus four additional small blades on the opposite side of the main blade.
-Visions: Occasionally, Iori has visions of the movement patterns and weak points of the enemies he's facing. These visions are caused due to an accident regarding a Rubus-like Hybrid Human that sneaked into the time machine that sent Iwatobi back into the past, which sent the Rubus' memories back. Since the Rubus had killed an absorbed several humans, including Iori, these humans received these memories. Due to the source of these visions, this skill only applies when fighting enemies from his own verse. Wickermen are an exception to these visions, as the Death Pollen and the infection never existed in the original timeline.
