Bart Allen (also known as Impulse) is The Flash's grandson from the future and a member of the Team. Although he is initially introduced as a time-travelling tourist whose time machine left him stuck in the past, the reality of his situation is far more serious than anyone initially anticipated.

Nevertheless, he is a capable combatant and a known resistance fighter in the future, and is intelligent enough to build his own time machine from spare parts with the help of Tryon and keep up with his grandfather when discussing the mechanics of their powers and their physical applications despite his young age.
Weaknesses: Impulse is, true to his name, impulsive and does not always think things through, He can be caught by surprise (as seen when Nightwing struck him from behind before restraining him).
