Summary
The Imperial Troop Transport (ITT), also known as the Recon Troop Transport (RTT), was an armoured repulsorlift ground vehicle manufactured by Ubrikkian Industries. Although not actually originally designed for combat operations, it proved popular with the Galactic Empire and the Imperial Army in particular. It was mostly utilized as a troop transport, prisoner transport, light cargo transport, patrol vehicle, and even as an assault vehicle in insurgency affected urban settlements or other areas where larger walkers would be too cumbersome.
Powers and Stats
Tier: At least 8-C
Name: Imperial Troop Transport (ITT), Recon Troop Transport (RTT)
Origin: Star Wars
Classification: Troop/cargo/prisoner transport, patrol and ground assault vehicle
Users: Galactic Empire (Imperial Army)
Length: 8.77 meters
Width: 4.5 meters
Height: 3.5 meters
Weight: 20.6 tonnes (without any cargo and passengers)
Material: Durasteel armour plating
Needed prerequisite for use: Ideally two trained pilots (one to pilot the vehicle and one to operate the cannons). Though one skilled enough pilot alone can indeed drive the vehicle and operate the cannons as well.
Terrain: Ground
Attack Potency: At least Building level+ (Shots from its cannons can be more powerful than Class-A Thermal Detonator explosions. This is proven by the fact that they can punch through the armour plating of the AT-DP walker, which can tank point blank thermal detonator explosions, and even blast off the AT-DP's durasteel footpads)
Speed: Subsonic travel speed (Up to 150 km/hr) with Hypersonic attack speed with its cannons (Shots from its cannons likely have these kinds of velocities)
Durability: At least Building level+ (About as durable as the AT-DP walker. Built with the exact same kind of armour and should be more than capable of taking a Class-A thermal detonator at point blank)
Range: Likely up to 2 km with its cannons.
Weaknesses:
- Being a repulsorlift vehicle, cannot pass through certain types of ray shielding. Such shields can not only halt its progress but also potentially cause catastrophic failure of its repulsorlifts.
- Powerful enough and well placed explosive weapons, especially mines, can cause catastrophic failure of its underside repulsorlifts and also potentially cause it to spin wildly out of control.
