Ilia is one of Child's Room elite soldiers. In the past she was brainwashed and trained with several other children as a child soldier by the mercenary Sayuri Higuchi. The devotion to Sayuri brought by her brainwashing was great enough that Ilia accepted a plan that used her little sister Amina as a sacrifice, despite having originally taken up arms to protect Amina. In the present Ilia is one of the few survivors of Child's Room Dead Language experiments.
