The Hell Knight (or Knight of Hell, if you prefer) is a subordinate to the Baron of Hell and is comparable to it in physical strength. These beings are eyeless and malformed, maintaining a completely flat face (although they function very well).
Powers and Stats
Tier: At least 9-B, likely 9-A
Name: Hell Knight
Gender: Male-like physique, presumed genderless
Classification: Belligerent Demon
Attack Potency: At least Wall level, likely Small Building level (Both its strikes and its projectiles are comparable to the Revenant's missiles. Can kill a Doomguy wearing Security Armor in just a few hits.)
Speed: Subsonic+ with High Hypersonic combat speed/reactions (Can keep up with Doomguy in a fight)
Striking Strength: At least Wall Class, likely Small Building Class
Range: Several hundred yards via plasma bolts. (Can chase Doomguy from one side of the map to the other)
Standard Equipment: None
Intelligence: Unknown. Takes orders from the Baron of Hell, but is sufficiently skilled in combat on its own.
Weaknesses: Likely as not to attack anything it comes across, especially when hit by stray projectiles. Extremely reliant on brute force during most encounters, lacking any sort of elaborate combat tactics.
- Shockwave: The Hell Knight will smash the ground, temporarily stunning those around it and giving it a chance to leap and attack
- CQC: Stated to be a close quarters combat master of sorts, often delivering uppercuts and lunge attacks.
- Plasma Bolt: Similar to that of the Baron of Hell. The Hell Knight generates a bolt of plasma within its hand before hurling it at its opponent.
Note: Despite being a composite profile of every incarnation of the Hell Knight to appear within the series, the monster's physical stats are mainly drawn from the original games and the 2016 reboot. DOOM 3 is set within a different continuity from the rest of the series and is generally inconsistent with the other titles, so their significantly higher stats within that game should be considered an outlier.
